FAQ’s
Are clubs available to hire from the Pro Shop?
We have a selection of clubs available to hire for £2 per session. These are only available during pro shop hours
How does the short game area work?
Our short game area is through the gate and up the path to the left. It's still being developed but it has some target greens and a couple of green side bunkers. Members and range card holders are permitted to use their own balls in this area.
Can I hit full shots in the short game area?
This area is to practice pitching, chipping and bunkers. Full shots are not permitted. We have a driving range for this!
How do I top up my card?
Top ups are only available via the pro shop. We can issue top ups during shop hours in person or via card payment over the phone.
How do I know what my card balance is?
Your card balance appears on the screen of the ball dispenser once the last ball has vended. It's also available via the pro shop.
Can I use the range on an evening without a range card?
Single vends are available via the purchase of a ticketed QR code in the pro shop. The QR code is only valid on the day of purchase. Providing you buy your ticket before the pro shop closes and have the pin code for the gate you would have access to the range and balls. The most convenient way is to purchase a range card. Then you head straight to the range at any time during opening hours.
Why do you have gated access?
Our range sits around 300 yards from the clubhouse and isn't staffed. We want all our users to feel safe and secure whilst using our facility.
Do you have CCTV?
Yes we have CCTV both inside and outside the bays, inside our coaching facility and by the entrance gate for your security and peace of mind.
